So many people came from near and far, from all parts of my life! It was so fun to see who would come through those doors next.

So many artist friends, students, church friends, and friends from all over! I am surely blessed to be surrounded by such a supportive community! Thank you all for coming!
As if that wasn’t enough, I also had a few sales!

This is an exciting show for me. I went way out of my comfort zone, a fun place be, to work with new materials. I thought I’d just TRY it for a painting or two but now I love making papers and collage!

It's the colors and textures that inspire me. I'm about to create some fun custom lettering for my upcoming show, Reimagined. These are the papers I made with gelli prints that are used in the artwork on display at the exhibit. I'll be sharing more snapshots, and you'll notice fun additions like candy wrappers and mementos from my time at the beach recently.

Join me on Saturday, October 10th, from 6 to 9 p.m. for my opening reception of Reimagined, One Piece at a Time.

This is a collection featuring my exploration into collage. You'll discover rich textures, unexpected colors, and lots of fun, creative choices. Experience new art and old; reimagined.

If you can't make it on opening night, the show will be on display during Workhouse hours from October 7 until November 8, at Gallery Five.

“Personal Space” describes what it sometimes feels like in a crowded space with no escape.

Being an introvert (yes, I am!) it can be exhausting at times. Yet, if I am teaching anywhere, I am fine! The more people, the better!

Then I need my personal space back to re-energize.
